Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
To start a return, contact customer support with your order number and the reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Banks and card issuers may require additional posting time.
Damaged or defective items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
